Thomson: By Air, Sea and Land...

Yesterday morning it was Thomson day at Madeira and I'm not just meaning the airport...

By Air: Finally had the oportunity to get the company's new colors (that, by the way look really nice)

Thomson by air: G-TAWK landing on runway 05...
By sea: Earlier in the morning had been lucky enough to get downtown just in time to make some pics of the arrival of Thomson Majesty, the cruise ship.
Madeira port was presenting a great look with a full house...
You can check more on this in my Cruise Shiping Blog

By land.....
And then, in the airport got lucky enough to photograph a couple of Thomson planes with the new livery...a B737 and a B752....
G-TAWK and G-CPEU on Madeira's apron
Other planes, like G-BYAT sure could use some new painting....that looks really bad for the image of an airline....
Others, like this other B757, G-OOBB, despite the "old" livery, look rather shining...
reversing on runway 05
G-CPEU pushing back
taxiing to the runway
G-TAWD had just arrived to the stand.
To history: old and new liveries...
G-CPEU taxiing to runway 05.
Like I said, the new livery looks rather nice, definitely less boring blue and those waves give a fluid look
